Official Rules for “Where I’m From” Giveaway
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Filipino Community of Solano County, Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway entry begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on June 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 7, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the “Where I’m From – Pista Sa Nayon 2025 Giveaway” entry form online at www.vallejopistasanayon.com or https://mailchi.mp/87120f914f28/where-im-from-giveaway. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value
Winner(s) will receive their prize. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize(s) will vary. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about Saturday, June 7, 2025. Winner(s) will be notified by email and posting on the Vallejo Pista Sa Nayon Instagram page, and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the designated time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Privacy
Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and will not be shared, sold, or used for other purposes without the entrant’s consent. General Conditions
The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. The sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these official rules.
